A course aimed to explore assertiveness and where practitioners can assess and reflect on their abilities in this area .  You will explore how to implement

assertiveness effectively in the home based setting as well as identifying how and when to say NO!

This course can be achieved by distance learning.

Distance Learning option:

The distant learning option allows you to learn in your own time without having to leave home and provides you with Tutor support by email or phone as required.
