Assertiveness Training

Assertiveness is a course aimed to explore assertiveness and where learners can assess and reflect on their abilities in this area . You will explore how to implement assertiveness effectively in the work place as well as identifying how and when to say NO!

Certificates

On successful completion of the course all learners will be awarded a certificate which can be used as evidence of your Continuing Professional Development (cpd).

This course can be undertaken as distance learning or a taught course.

Distance Learning

The distant learning option allows you to learn in your own time without having to leave home and provides you with Tutor support by email or phone as required.

We can deliver this training as a taught course at a date and time of your choice at your venue, please contact the Administration office for further information and cost, minimum numbers apply.
